CROFMYN operates differently from traditional fashion retailers. Each garment is individually hand-customised and therefore cannot easily be returned to stock and resold.

When a customer places an order, CROFMYN commits resources to producing a product that may only appeal to that specific customer.

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and imagery carefully before placing an order.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

While all sales are final, every CROFMYN piece undergoes careful inspection prior to shipment. If your piece arrives with damage sustained in transit, please email info@crofmyn.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

Following review, an appropriate resolution will be offered in accordance with the nature of the issue.
